||Mendocino's Rosés are pink-colored wines, either made from red grapes, allowing the skin to remain in the fermentation for only 12-36 hours or by mixing red and white wines. Also known as blush wines.
Rosé will pair well with poultry dishes, pork, seafood and especially bbq.
