fermentation. This makes for a very fruit forward
Chardonnay. The fruit came from Husch vineyards in Philo,
Mendocino, CA. Philo is known for warm days
and cooler nights ensuring long hang time for the
fruit. These 35 year old Chardonnay vines are
sustainably farmed.
